My Beloved Angee,
I was indeed thankful to receive your letter this morning and to find that you were so much better – thank the Lord for this special mercy to your dear self and to me – have been at the works all the morning with Mr Stone and Mr Carr who express themselves very pleased with the journey – they say it is the best I have ever had and am glad to hear that they are very busy. Have just been to see my milk people and shall soon be returning to Stormont Road. Harry, Emma and both the dear girls met me at Victoria Station y'day afternoon a little before 5 – I slept in my own bed there – was glad to see all their faces once more. D.V. I intend returning by the 11 from Waterloo tomorrow Wednesday arriving at the junction about 4.20 I think – perhaps Prudeant[?] will meet me. Much love and believe me my dearly beloved Angee.
Being very affectionate Husband
Be of good cheer – all is well – no bustle mind
