My Beloved Angee,
I was hoping to have had a quiet day here tomorrow (Lord's day) intending to start for Karachi on Monday, but on calling at the office find her sailing on that day is doubtful, so I go by the mail tomorrow or I should lose a week. I leave this note for next week's mail in case of my being too late for it on arrival at Karachi.
